FieldLab exists because construction companies lose time when project knowledge, company documents, templates, procedures, reports, photos, notes and decisions are scattered across systems, folders, people and memory. We are building the platform that captures, retrieves and structures all of it — with sources attached.
What we are working on
Project and company knowledge, retrievable.
Construction delivery generates a constant flow of records and documents: site notes, photos, voice messages, meeting actions, diaries, weekly reports, approved templates, policies, procedures, safety documents and specifications. Most of it lands in different tools and different memories. The history is real — it just is not reachable.
FieldLab connects three layers — Site Capture, Site KB and FieldGuide. Site Capture is mobile-first and lightweight. Site KB makes uploaded project and company knowledge retrievable. FieldGuide answers project and company questions with the underlying records and documents attached, so claims can be traced rather than trusted.
The platform is built for the wider company: site and field teams, project managers, commercial and QS, H&S and quality, planners and assistant planners, admin and head office, leadership, and new starters — the roles that carry project knowledge between them.
