Pilot Terms

1. Pilot and proof-of-concept use

FieldLab may be offered to selected construction organisations for controlled pilot or proof-of-concept use. Each pilot is scoped in writing, including the participating organisation, project or business area, users, duration, data scope and support arrangements.

2. Acceptable use

Users must only use FieldLab for legitimate construction, project delivery and company knowledge workflows within the agreed permission scope. Attempts to access data outside an agreed role, project, organisation or permission scope are not permitted.

3. Records, documents and ownership

Project records, uploaded project documents and uploaded company documents remain the property of the organisation that provides them. FieldLab handles those records and documents only within the agreed pilot or proof-of-concept scope.

4. Source-backed answers

FieldLab is designed to help users retrieve source-backed answers from site records, project documents and company knowledge. Outputs should be reviewed by competent users before being relied on for commercial, contractual, safety, legal or compliance decisions.

5. Service availability

During pilot or proof-of-concept use, FieldLab is provided on a controlled evaluation basis. Production-grade service level commitments are not implied unless agreed separately in writing.

6. Compliance and deployment scope

FieldLab's production, compliance and record-retention posture is validated against each deployment scope before live use. FieldLab does not claim full GDPR readiness, WORM compliance, production hardening, legal certification or proven ROI as a default website claim.
