Product
FieldLab is a construction intelligence platform built around three connected layers — Site Capture, Site KB and FieldGuide. Source-backed answers from site records, project documents and company knowledge.
Built first for construction and field works project records.
Three connected layers
Diary entries are one input within Site Capture. Site KB and FieldGuide carry the wider project and company knowledge story.
Capture field information through text, photos and voice notes. Diary and note entries are one input among many, feeding a wider project record that can be searched, retrieved and reported from.
Find the right answer across uploaded project documents, safety files, specifications, reports, SDS, RAMS and approved project knowledge.
Ask project and company knowledge questions through FieldGuide, with source-backed answers drawn from authorised records and uploaded knowledge.
Capture
Diary entries are generated from chat messages sent throughout the day. Voice notes, photos and text updates can become daily diary records, with weekly summaries rolling up from daily entries automatically.

Access depends on role, project, organisation and permission settings. FieldLab is designed to support controlled retrieval from uploaded sources, controlled project records and company knowledge. It does not claim live integrations with SharePoint, BIM, programme software, document control systems, email, cost systems or ERPs.
Supporting capabilities
Reports, meeting packs and briefings assembled from the same records used for retrieval.
Role, project and organisation scopes are kept separate by design. No uncontrolled company-wide search.
Archive, supersede and restore records instead of casual deletion.
Workflow
Field-side voice, photo, text and structured forms — and uploaded project and company documents through Site KB.
Inputs and uploads are organised against the project, organisation, role and scope they belong to.
Ask through FieldGuide and get a source-backed answer with the underlying records and documents attached.
Structure the answer into reports, meeting packs, briefings and internal support outputs.
Records and outputs are archived and superseded rather than deleted, preserving project history.
Sourced retrieval
FieldGuide does not summarise into a black box. Retrieved answers carry the project records and uploaded documents they were drawn from.
